Since July 2020 BSAC has been a Scottish Charity Incorporated Organization (SCIO). A fully-fledged charity with the benefits and protection that charitable status gives us.
As a SCIO the club has more access to apply for funding to help develop our facilities both in Banchory and Stonehaven. The board is now run by 11 Trustees, but as a club we are always looking for people to volunteer by sharing their skills and helping us with future projects.
