Subject: Winter Cross Country events
Please see below a message from Alan Sealy about Cross Country events this winter !
Dear BSAC members
I have attached a programme for upcoming winter cross country events.
You will notice that there are 2 relays coming up: East Districts on
12/10 at Livingstone and the Nationals on 26/10 at Cumbernauld.
Entries for both of these events are coordinated by me, so I need your
names as soon as possible if you wish to run.
These are fantastic events, requiring relay teams of 3 runners of mixed age:
Leg 1 U13; leg 2 U13 or U15; leg 3 U15 or U17.
This format is great for small clubs like us as we can compete with (&
beat!) the big league clubs much more easily.
So please lets have as many names of U13, U15, and U17 runners and I
will sort them in to the strongest teams.
Names for the East Districts must be given to me by Tuesday 24/9/19.
