East District Champs, Grangemouth,13 & 14 May 2016

A total of eight BSAC athletes travelled to Grangemouth to compete at the East District Championships on Friday13th and Saturday14th May and between them came home with a total of 11 Medals: 6 Golds, 4 Silver, and 2 Bronze.  Each athlete won at least one medal!
Several Personal Bests were achieved, some Club Records broken and a few Championship Best Performances recorded too.
